What Is Thermography?
(ther•mog•ra•phy)

A Thermography test measures the amount of body heat in specific organs such as the breasts or the intestines - as delivered to the skin from a combination of cellular metabolism and the nervous system. The test registers skin-surface temperature from the capillary heat conduction through the skin, and then converts the heat energy on the skin into electronic data signals. When skin temperature changes it can reflect what is occurring within the body's organs and systems.
